Pat Schmidt, Principal

Pat has experience with start-up and growth companies covering a variety of industries in addition to estate, individual and business tax planning and consulting. He graduated from the University of St. Thomas in 1979 with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. A CPA, he is a member of the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Pat and his wife Dolly live in Minnetonka. Pat’s hobbies are sailing, skiing, snowmobiling and spending time at their cabin.

Dean Ribich, Principal

Dean has been in public accounting since 1984. “There has always been a strong need by small privately held businesses to achieve financial stability. I try to address those needs, analyze goals, and make understandable recommendations to support client management.” He graduated from the University of St. Thomas in 1985 with a bachelor’s degree in Finance. Dean and his wife Becky live in Plymouth and have 2 children. Dean’s hobbies include fishing, hunting and snowmobiling.

Greg focuses in the areas of business acquisitions, sales and expansions with a strong emphasis in operations consulting and tax planning for businesses and individuals. He has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of St. Thomas, and is a CPA. He is a member of the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Greg and his wife Bonnie live in Prior Lake. Greg’s hobbies include sailing, fishing, hunting and maintaining the hobby farm.
